Well, that already happened. Too bad for him.

But that’s the same bullshit argument that goes on nowadays— we tend to protect people too preemptively, too early that it looks senseless.

Some people think loli mangas will make people want to harass little girls. But no, I tell you. If one does so, well that’s regrettable. But what about those who did not touch a little girl?

On finality, and on my opinion, in the end we go with the norm and standards. I hate that though.

I know it kinda didn’t make sense, well whatever.

What kind of manga did he buy, exactly? If the characters really WERE under the age of 18, I’d kind of understand that. But to arrest the guy just because the characters LOOK underaged is ridiculous. It’s like arresting someone for owning a pornographic image with a girl that’s of perfectly legal age but looks slightly younger.

Aww that sucks, but I guess he should of followed the law, even if it’s not the same law as in Japan or in other parts of the world.

Oh I heard about this case before, but if memory serves me correctly, the person who is accused in this case – lives in the middle of the U.S. where there is what I believe a more conservative Christian following.

I didn’t realize that the case was still not thrown out of court yet… That’s why I am always annoyed at how the U.S. culture is that close minded on certain things, but that’s another can of worms on my whole censorship spiel.
